Job Opening:We are currently looking for a highly skilled Bulgarian Email Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service in Bulgarian to clients across various industries;
- Responding to emails, chats, and social media inquiries (90%) or phone calls (10%);
- Addressing customer queries related to payment or account issues;
- Maintaining fluent communication in Bulgarian (C1/C2 level) and good knowledge of English (B2 level).
The ideal candidate will be available to work a minimum of 80 hours per month, with flexibility to adapt to shift work, including at least two weekends per month. The helpline operates from Monday to Sunday, and the contract is based on a mandate.
Benefits include language courses, a multisport card, and private medical care. A relocation package is also offered, covering flights and accommodation for one month.
