We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our Fraud & Payments Reporting team.

**Role Overview:**

  • Emphasis will be placed on your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools, driving the development of reports, queries, and dashboards in collaboration with business stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • You will provide valuable outcomes from analyses and proactively suggest data-driven solutions and decisions.
  • Closely collaborate with operational stakeholders to identify gaps in existing fraud & payments reporting and take the lead in suggesting and implementing optimizations.
  • Frame complex and ambiguous business questions and leverage data analytics to deliver actionable insights that drive effective decision-making.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and evaluating multi-step SQL statements involving multiple tables with complex relationships.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building and maintaining dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools is essential.
  • Experience with typical tools, including G-suite, Excel, and Data Warehouse, is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication (in English) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem solving.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and business teams to provide holistic, data-driven insights and solutions.
