About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Coordinator to lead customers, partners and Splunk teams through complex project implementations.
  • As a key member of our team, you will combine management and technical skills to deliver exceptional results.
  • You will be responsible for planning and managing resources to meet customer obligations and budget expectations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

About the Responsibilities:

  • You will lead technical deployment projects from kickoff to close out, ensuring timely and accurate status updates to all stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain technical project plans outlining tasks, breakthrough dates and resource allocation.
  • Provide timely and accurate status updates to all stakeholders.
  • Own and manage technical project escalations through to resolution.

About the Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of project management or service delivery management experience is required.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven experience leading complex customer projects with cross-functional teams is essential.
  • Working knowledge of Splunk or related big data technologies is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Critical thinker, detailed, organized, confident and proactive are the qualities we seek in our ideal candidate.
