Supply Chain Excellence Professional

About the opportunity:

We are seeking a Supply Chain Excellence Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the Reckitt team, you will drive strategic sourcing assessments for assigned categories, ensuring resilience, efficiency, and alignment with business continuity plans.

You will be responsible for coordinating global projects from Supply Manufacturing side in cooperation with local NPI Leaders, serving as point of contact for different functions responsible on global level into brand management, and guiding marketing colleagues in best practices for fast and cost-efficient manufacturing implementation of NPDs/EPDs.

Our business continuity plans ensure that our operations are resilient and efficient. As a Supply Chain Excellence Professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping product sourcing decisions, optimizing manufacturing footprints, and supporting innovation strategies.

With a portfolio of high-quality brands such as Air Wick, Cillit Bang, Calgon, and Mortine, you will contribute to brand strategic discussions as a supply excellence professional.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating global projects from Supply Manufacturing side in cooperation with local NPI Leaders.
  • Serving as point of contact for different functions responsible on global level into brand management including Supply Manufacturing & Services, Category Marketing, and R&D.
  • Guiding marketing colleagues in best practices for fast and cost-efficient manufacturing implementation of NPDs/EPDs.
  • Understanding and regularly monitoring the global capacity vs demand for relevant global brands to ensure timely triggering of capacity investment discussions and underutilization discussions.
  • Proactively contributing to brand strategic discussions as a supply excellence professional.
  • Maximizing Gross Margin through:
    • driving FUEL/productivity biggest ideas, checking their financial impact and feasibility, and supporting their fast implementation
    • leading sourcing study exercises to optimize the supply network and keeping brands competitive in the market
    • reducing brand complexity level and leading project of brand harmonization through different markets/area/factories/segments and regions.

The Experience We Are Looking For:

  • 3-5 years' experience in similar positions, leading global NPD/EPD projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical elements into business language.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivating, and innovative.
  • Openness to change and ability to think out of the box.
