Data Architecture Expertise:

We are looking for an expert in data architecture who can design, implement, and maintain the organization's data architecture, including data models, databases, data integration, and data security. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data integration, as well as experience with object-oriented programming in Python or Java.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop data models, database schemas, and data integration solutions that meet the business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data requirements and design data architecture accordingly.
  3. Develop and maintain data architecture standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  4. Ensure data security and privacy by implementing access controls and encryption techniques.
  5. Optimize database performance and scalability by tuning parameters and recommending hardware upgrades.
  6. Develop and maintain data migration and integration processes to support business growth.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest data architecture trends and technologies to recommend improvements to the existing data architecture.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment with the organization's IT strategy.

What You Will Need:

  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in data architecture.
  3. Strong SQL and database skills.
  4. Experience with object-oriented programming in Python or Java.
  5. Experience with REST API interfaces.
  6. Experience in data governance and lineage.
  7. Experience in designing and implementing data security and privacy controls.
  8. Experience in data migration and integration.
  9. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  11. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  12. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
  13. Knowledge of healthcare industry data standards and data models.
