About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Head of Sales to lead our Warsaw office and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development: Analyze market trends, develop key account direct sales business strategy, and implement sales plans to drive revenue.
  2. Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients across various industries, including FMCG, Beauty & Cosmetics, F&B, Electronics, Fashion, Media & Entertainment, Telecom, Auto, Finance, Game, Apps, E-commerce, and O2O.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams, coach team members, and drive their sales performance to achieve targets.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, enhance product development, and drive long-term growth.

Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  2. Experience: 12+ years of overall work experience, 8+ years of digital marketing experience, and 5+ years of digital media sales experience.
  3. Leadership Experience: 8+ years of team and people management experience.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
  5. Adaptability: Self-starter, fast learner, and flexible.
