We are seeking a seasoned Operational Excellence Leader to drive process improvement initiatives within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying areas of inefficiency and developing strategies to enhance productivity.
Your primary focus will be on analyzing commercial performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also support commercial teams with tools, automation, and best practices to improve productivity and effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include:
- Streamlining sales, marketing, and customer service workflows using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to reduce inefficiencies and improve outcomes.
- Analyzing commercial performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sales cycles, customer retention) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Identifying pain points in the customer journey and implementing solutions to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Enablement – Supporting commercial teams with tools, automation, and best practices to improve productivity and effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent Presentation and Project Management skills, as well as experience in successful planning and execution of Continuous Improvement / Lean / Six Sigma efforts.
You should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field, and demonstrated ability to apply Lean methodologies in non-manufacturing environments (e.g. Services, Transactional).
We offer a Hybrid contract and require travel 50% or more if needed to cover assigned sites. The ideal candidate will be accomplished at using standard tools, systems, and formats to present data and reporting information in an efficient and accurate manner.
