Job Description

MCC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Collection and Financial Account Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving outstanding collections activities, investigating aged receivables, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and manage outstanding receivables through effective communication and negotiation with clients
  • Investigate and resolve aged receivables, including identifying and addressing root causes of delays
  • Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collections activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow and efficient collections process

Requirements

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • University degree in finance, economics, or related field, or recognized accounting qualification
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SSC or BPO company
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
