About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team in Poland. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our business units with revenue budgeting, forecasting, reporting, pricing, and profitability projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management reporting packages per product and country, including relevant management commentary
  • Partner with Country General Managers and Commercial Teams to evaluate new business opportunities in dedicated business units
  • Own and maintain pricing models and policies for dedicated markets
  • Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to create financial sales models for business cases
  • Perform customer profitability reviews and analyze variations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts and budgets
  • Control and analyze direct costs of dedicated business units
  • Participate in regular and irregular meetings, including CLT, regional CLT, and ad-hoc meetings
  • Support the improvement of current reporting and analysis tools
  • Perform ad-hoc requests and participate in departmental projects

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial modeling and preferably in complex multinational businesses
  • Experience in an independent, proactive role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills, and SAP knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Good business and financial acumen
  • Self-starter and ability to learn quickly
  • Drive for results and ability to prioritize tasks
