Gaming Security Specialist
We're CD PROJEKT RED, a leading game developer dedicated to creating immersive, engaging gaming experiences. Our mission is to push the boundaries of storytelling and gameplay, and we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Senior Offensive Security Engineer, Purple Team, you'll play a critical role in protecting our gaming environments, infrastructure, and systems from security threats.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough infrastructure penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Writing comprehensive pentest reports and presenting them to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyzing the security level of implemented and proposed IT solutions to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Developing and improving Cybersecurity processes, tailoring them to the unique challenges of the game development environment.
  • Investigating information security incidents to minimize their impact and prevent future occurrences.
  • Evaluating the security of software solutions and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Cybersecurity/IT Infrastructure, with a strong focus on penetration testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of web penetration testing methodologies and techniques.
  • Familiarity with protocols related to online games, including network architecture and communication protocols.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure security testing, ensuring the secure deployment of applications and services.
  • The ability to read and understand code in multiple programming languages, with a strong emphasis on security-related coding practices.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
