TN Poland, a global leader in the professional services sector, is seeking an experienced Tax & Treasury Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing monthly and annual tax declarations, as well as performing month-end and year-end closing procedures. You will also collaborate with banks on a daily basis and manage bookkeeping in our local system.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly and annual tax declarations
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Manage bookkeeping in our local system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
- Treasury Management: Collaborate with banks on a daily basis to ensure smooth cash flow and payment processing
- Credit Cards Processing: Process credit card transactions in accordance with company policies
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure timely payments and settlements
Requirements:
- Education: Master's or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in accounting or tax area
- Skillset: Strong knowledge of taxes, particularly VAT and WHT, and very good knowledge of MS Office
- Professional Services Experience: Prior experience working in large, global organizations; professional services experience is a plus
