At Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for helping to identify and deliver innovation agenda for all IFM accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the transition process of activities from Finance teams to JBS G team.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, internal control deficiencies within existing financial and operational processes in IFM business and deliver solutions to mitigate those gaps.
  • Collate required information to support senior management decision making on project delivery.
  • Manage project team governance and pipeline of project activities, ensuring all change is captured in and follows agreed governance processes.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, and information from across the programme for efficient and effective central management.
  • Help design, implement, and continuously improve the core governance framework within IFM.
  • Oversee the project log by managing risks, issues, and opportunities as well as tracking key savings and cost impact of project executed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Project Management.
  • Experience in working in high-performing teams both in local offices and remote locations.
  • Working experience in the real estate or BPO industry will be appreciated.
  • Basic accounting and finance process knowledge required.
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational/detail orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basis.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problems.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Familiarity with JDE E1 financial is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Language skills: English (mandatory).
