Job Description:

A challenging role has become available for a skilled Senior Collections Professional to join our team at TN Poland. As a seasoned expert in debt recovery, you will be responsible for managing high-value accounts and developing strategies to maximize recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers through various channels to resolve complex issues and negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Handle the most challenging and high-value delinquent accounts, making informed decisions to achieve optimal recovery.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and payment behaviors, informing data-driven decisions to improve collection strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and ensure timely payment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Several years of relevant experience in collections, with a strong focus on high-value account management.
  • In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations governing collections activities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
