Candidate profile: We are looking for a Delivery Manager with a strong engineering background to oversee project delivery and improve project performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leads a project team in charge of delivering a scope of work defined in the contract and executed within an agreed timeframe.
  • Validates the project execution plan, cost base, and contractual qualifications to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Takes ownership of the overall project delivery and its multiple work streams.
  • Establishes and manages effective communications with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensures the delivery of project execution plans and budgets, and provides comprehensive project reporting.
  • Maintains a high level of business acumen in project planning and management.

Your Profile:

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
  • Demonstrates experience as a project manager, preferably within plant engineering or machines and equipment.
  • Develops strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage through influence and collaborate globally.
  • Showcases expertise in mentoring, team development, change management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates exceptional stakeholder management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windchill, but it is not a requirement.
