About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for proposing BPO services to prospect clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with marketing teams to drive lead generation and develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, emails, and other business/social networking platforms.
  • Use your network to connect with potential clients and propose the company's services, from lead generation to negotiation and final contract signature.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to review information received from operational support functions and partners vs the client's requirements to prepare the perfect fit model to propose to the client.
  • Develop and implement strategic account visions and strategies for target accounts.

Ideal Candidate

  • A native Polish speaker with fluency in English Language, C1/C2 level or higher.
  • Minimum 3+ years of BPO sales experience, preferably in the CEEMarket.
  • Prior experience in software sales/SaaS/tech sales is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
