Intel is seeking a talented AI Frameworks Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing AI frameworks for Intel's Edge, desktop, and mobile devices.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled software developer with expertise in AI, machine learning, and software engineering. You will work closely with our team of experts to develop and deploy new AI use cases for Intel Client platforms, focusing on image classification, speech recognition, and natural language processing.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in programming
  • Excellent C++ programming skills and experience with one or more of the following: C, C#, Python, Bash, Makefiles
  • Computer architecture experience and a proven record of contributing to large-scale, multi-component software systems
  • Strong production software engineering background, experience with CI, code reviews, paired programming, unit and integration testing
  • Experience with OpenCV library and/or OpenVINO development toolkit
  • Experience in one or more of the following: compiler technologies, computer vision, numerical modeling, high-performance computing, deep learning frameworks, or algorithms

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with additional experience in:

  • Creating software designs based on architecture and requirements
  • Development of graph-based algorithms, production solutions based on graph coloring, maximum cut, shortest path, etc.
  • Programming for DSPs
  • Clear communication of concepts and problem statements in a multi-cultural environment
  • Problem-solving skills
  • AI hardware accelerators, VPU, GPU, heterogeneous architectures software development
  • Embedded systems experience and real-time operating systems
  • Developing drivers
  • LLVM/MLIR
