GSL Education is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for a qualified Humanities Teacher to join our client school in Hammersmith and Fulham. As a Humanities Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism (ASD) to achieve their full potential.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to adapt lessons to suit all learning levels and excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive learning environment and implement individualised learning plans.

  • Deliver engaging and tailored Humanities lessons.
  • Work closely with SEN specialists, support staff, and therapists.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies.
Ideal Candidate
  1. Qualified Humanities Teacher (QTS or equivalent).
  2. Previous experience teaching SEMH/SEN students is essential.
  3. Strong ability to adapt lessons to suit all learning levels.
  4. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
