The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader who can drive innovation while ensuring seamless execution across multiple disciplines. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

  1. Leading and aligning hardware and software engineering teams
  2. Implementing and maintaining development processes across various disciplines
  3. Managing product development from concept through manufacture
  4. Collaborating closely with the CTO to turn concepts into deliverable products
  5. Establishing strong relationships with external partners and suppliers
About You

Proven experience in leading combined hardware and software teams

A track record of successfully taking products from concept through to market

A strong background in either hardware or embedded software, with a good understanding of both

Experience implementing processes in high-growth environments

Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills

Required Experience

8+ years in engineering leadership roles, with extensive experience in electronic engineering or embedded software development, preferably on consumer electronic devices.

Experience working in various companies (including early-stage start-ups) and familiarity with diverse development methodologies and processes

Experience with the full product development life cycle
