We are seeking an experienced API Documentation Writer to join our team at TN Poland. The successful candidate will work closely with our Global Network Platform (GNP) team in Lodz, Poland, to create high-quality documentation that enhances the user experience and contributes to the success of our products and services.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and proven experience in software documentation, particularly in API-document writing. They will deliver high-quality documentation on time while interacting with product team members, including Product Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance, Professional Services, and Training. You will determine documentation requirements, develop the content to meet those requirements, ensure that reviews are conducted, and deliver accurate documents on time.
Your primary responsibilities include creating and maintaining technical communications, API documentation, user guides, in-context help, release notes, deployment and operations guides, and SDKs. You will work collaboratively with engineering, quality assurance, and product management teams both locally and remotely. Additionally, you will review and edit documents from multiple teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
You will also organize and structure documentation to facilitate navigation and understanding by multiple users. Your attention to detail and ability to explain complex technical information appropriately for the target audience will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, you will contribute documentation to software and feature releases and understand and identify best practices for innovations in technical communication.
The successful candidate will have excellent oral, written, and visual communication skills. A degree in English Literature, Communications, Journalism, or Computer Science is preferred but not required.
