About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA FI-CO Consultant to join our team as a Senior SAP FI-CO Implementation Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules with a focus on production controlling and overhead cost controlling.

  • Gather and document business requirements related to controlling processes in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into SAP S/4HANA configuration and functionality.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis and prepare WRICEF documents.
  • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules based on blueprint.
  • Create technical specifications for both backend and frontend developments.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure the functionality and integrity of FI-CO processes.
  • Plan and deliver effective key-user training sessions on SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules.
  • Provide post-implementation support to end-users, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA FI-CO configuration.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of SAP environment experience, emphasizing production controlling and overhead cost controlling.
  • Practical experience in SAP S/4HANA and FIORI.
  • A minimum of 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA project completion for international companies in a senior consultant role.
  • A strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA FI-CO functionalities, configuration, and integration capabilities.
  • Experience in implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
  • The ability to operate with S/4HANA functionality via FIORI interfaces.
  • Good cross-functional experience with FI/PP/SD/MM modules.
  • Experience in providing training and support to key- and end-users.
  • Knowledge of ABAP/HANA for necessary enhancements.
  • Methodological knowledge in product costing, overhead accounting, and finance.
  • Global business acumen and experience working in international environments.
  • Experience with integrated analytic reporting in S/4HANA.
  • The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Quality and deadline-oriented.
  • The ability to read, write, and speak English at a proficient level.
