Strategic Business Intelligence Developer with Advanced Analytics Expertise

Square One Resources Sp. z o.o. seeks a highly skilled Strategic Business Intelligence Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive data visualizations and reports using Tableau dashboards to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Create advanced analytical solutions utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud, leveraging predictive analytics and data modeling techniques to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Ongoing development and maintenance of existing BI solutions to optimize performance, user experience, and data accuracy.
  • Analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business growth and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintenance and administration of BI tools, ensuring seamless data integration, reliability, and security.
  • Integration of BI tools with Snowflake and other cloud-based data sources through collaboration with IT and Data Engineering teams.
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics roles.
  • Extensive experience with Tableau, including dashboard development, performance optimization, and advanced features.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud, including data modeling, story building, and predictive analytics.
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake and cloud-based data warehousing solutions.
  • Proficient in SQL and other querying languages.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with additional BI tools and platforms (e.g.,ThoughtSpot).
  • Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
  • Understanding of CDS views in order to connect to relevant data sources.
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
  • Project management skills and experience leading BI initiatives.
