About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the efficient and effective provision of financial services to the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update financial systems, including rate cards, supplier details, and new lawyer setups, in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Pricing, to set up client/global agreements and support supplier creation and updates.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to handle rate queries, confirm bank details, and address customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage Finance User Access processes and handle various ad-hoc requests related to rate and supplier management.
  • Ensure all tasks are performed within agreed timelines, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Assist with additional daily tasks as assigned by the Team Leader, ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent English language skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.

  • Very good English language skills
  • Ability to interact appropriately and effectively with customers (customer focus, expectations management skills)
  • Ability to work in international diversified professional environment
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools supporting the daily work
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills: team work, patience, working well in fast-paced and changing environment, can-do attitude, diplomacy, discretion
  • Focused on providing excellent customer service: a professional approach, score highly in terms of commitment and internal client care
  • Experience of working in a Global Service Centre environment will be a strong asset
