About the Role:

The Master Data Management Specialist will play a critical role in creating, changing, and maintaining customer master data and seller hierarchy for assigned countries in EMEA. This involves working with SAP and SFDC systems to ensure high-quality and efficient data management.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer master data, material master data, and customer & seller hierarchy in SAP and other systems.
  • Create and maintain electronic catalogs.
  • Investigate data issues and identify solutions.
  • Perform process reviews and analytics to improve data quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Support local and EMEA master data projects.
  • Ensure data consistency and integration for new business initiatives.
  • Provide support for audits and contribute to smooth teamwork.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care teams and other disciplines.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in data management and information management.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of process orientation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
