Quality Assurance Specialist

AIS WSI Europe is part of the AVAIL group, offering solutions in anti-corrosion, anti-erosion protection, hardfacing services, surfacing and engineering services to global clients across industries. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and perform non-destructive testing and quality control activities related to welding works
  • Verify specifications, drawings, and prepare test and inspection reports according to customer requirements
  • Supervise the welding process based on WPS
  • Complete necessary quality documentation
  • Collaborate with the project manager and client
  • Prepare post-project documentation

Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of English (must have)
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Quality Controller or ability to assess proper quality of welding (preferred)
  • PT2 (Penetrant Testing Level 2) and VT2 (Visual Testing Level 2) certificates in accordance with the EN ISO 9712 standard
  • Ability to read technical drawings
  • Welding knowledge
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Ability to work in a team and organize own work well
