Aon Hewitt seeks a highly organized and results-driven Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Business Leaders across various locations and Solution Lines.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional administrative support to our Business Leaders, handling correspondence, queries, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare necessary materials, ensuring smooth execution and minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate business travel, arrange logistics, and ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.
- Prepare and submit company expenses, invoices, and other financial documents, adhering to Aon's accounting policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement processes to improve administrative efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Fluent English language skills, with a minimum C1 level (CEFR scale), and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous administration and office experience, preferably in a professional client-oriented environment; prior PA experience is an asset.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Personal effectiveness, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
