RTR Accountant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled RTR Accountant to join our team at Lufthansa Group Business Services Sp. z o.o. in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor and cost accounting, including direct contact and cooperation with Intercompany Suppliers and Business Units
  • Posting incoming intercompany invoices in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Handling of approval process for incoming documents
  • Acting as a main point of contact for suppliers and building good relationships between suppliers and our client
  • Monitoring and reconciling open positions on vendor, customer, and G/L interim accounts
  • Taking an active part in MEC/QEC/YEC preparation and performance of closing tasks
  • Posting and resolving MEC/YEC provisions and accruals
Requirements:
  • Master/Bachelor degree or at least 3rd year of studies in economic disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Intercompany Accounting, General Ledger, or 3 years of experience in Accounts Payables (Purchase-to-Pay)
  • Proficient in English, with professional communication skills
  • German language knowledge is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly developed analytical and conceptual mindset
