Job Summary

As a Procurement Specialist at Michael Page, you will be responsible for managing and building supplier relationships while developing effective supply chain partnerships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor market conditions and adapt purchasing strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and oversee sourcing activities to align with customer requirements and key program milestones.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to achieve year-over-year cost improvements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and collaborate with the Supplier Development Group to address quality issues.
  • Implement supplier rationalisation plans and identify strategic suppliers based on key criteria.
  • Support global purchasing strategies and leverage the company's global network to achieve competitive pricing.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in business or a technical field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and think strategically.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
