The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Manager Lead to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the payroll team, driving process improvements and optimizing systems
  • Ensure efficient operation of Time Management and Payroll systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, representing payroll in stakeholder discussions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in German payroll and 2+ years in team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of German tariff agreements, Time Management, and payroll systems; Workday experience preferred
