Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Automation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing processes and technology, with a focus on customer engagement and automation. You will work closely with our clients to analyze their business requirements and design tailored solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking part in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement implementation projects from analysis to commissioning;
  • Analyzing customer needs and mapping them to Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities;
  • Designing system functionalities according to business requirements;
  • Configuring journeys, content, and data automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools;
  • Conducting training for client teams;
  • Helping create marketing automation strategies aligned with client business goals;
  • Creating project documentation and conducting presentations;
  • Participating in pre-sales processes by creating Proof of Concept solutions and presenting them to prospective clients;
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients both domestically and internationally.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Minimum one year of experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform as a business consultant;Proven Salesforce Marketing Cloud commercial experience working as a consultant/developer on delivery projects;Strong understanding of marketing processes and technology including SQL & AMPscript proficiency or willingness to learn;Experience building email templates (drag & drop platforms + HTML/CSS tweaks where needed);Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients;Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or project engagements;A can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills;Ability to document project work and solution design;Fluency in English.
