Strategic Branding Lead

This role involves managing complex projects in graphic design and branding, including brand identity implementation and transformation, brand advisory, marketing campaigns, and digital product design.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Liaising with clients at a senior level to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Maintaining organized client feedback systems and generating accurate reports
• Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients to drive business growth

We are looking for a pro-active leader who can encourage teams to perform at their best, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Account Executive, Project Manager, or similar (ideally in a creative environment)
• Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and responsiveness
• The ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, designers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Experience in managing international client expectations and ensuring project alignment with business goals
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
