Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Accountant to join our team at SCALEWINGS AEROPRO sp. z o.o. in Krosno. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our full accounting processes in accordance with Polish accounting regulations.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Polish tax regulations and accounting laws.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including the control and verification of financial documents, invoices, and accounts.
• Cooperate with external auditors and banks to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Monitor changes in tax and accounting legislation and implement them within the company.
• Prepare reports for management and business partners.

• University degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant, preferably in a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.).
• Strong knowledge of Polish tax regulations and accounting laws.
• Proficiency in English or German at a level that allows for effective business communication.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve financial issues.
