Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist with Italian language skills to join our Process Automation, IA Procurement & Logistic team in Krakow. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing purchasing and logistics-related activities in line with ABB standard procedures.


Responsibilities
  • Manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues that arise
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal customers and suppliers
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent business English (B2/C1) and Italian (C1) language skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate operational procurement/SCM
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP Ariba and Excel
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
