AR Operations Coordinator needed at Cedar. This role involves supporting the financial operations department with expertise in cash management and account reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working closely with internal teams and clients to optimize financial processes and minimize credit risks.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Funds collection, account reconciliation, and query resolution.
  2. Client and internal Sales team relationship development.
  3. Regular sales ledger account assessment to minimize credit risks.
  4. Dispute resolution to secure payments.
  5. Daily cash receipt allocation and support for daily AR reporting.
  6. Maintenance of credit policies, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and global AML and sanctions policies.
  7. Invoicing recharges collaboration with the Hamburg office.
  8. Daily and ad-hoc financial report generation for management and month-end reviews.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and analytical/reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • SAP accounting software experience is beneficial.
