Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our team at Sonova Warsaw Service Center Sp. z o.o.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various financial activities, including P2P, R2R, and master data processes. This role involves vendor relations management, balance sheet reconciliation, and supporting data for financial statements in accordance with IFRS and Sonova Group Accounting Policy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with various corporate areas, such as Corporate Controlling, Tax, Treasury, and Legal, are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform MEC activities and daily tasks in scope of P2P, R2R (GL, TR, TX, Reporting) and master data processes
  • Manage vendor relations and ensure compliance with internal control systems
  • Prepare data for internal and external audits and maintain up-to-date processes/workflows/document flow documentation
  • Interface with various corporate areas and support transition processes if necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • University degree in Accounting/Finance or successfully completed 1st level course at the Association of Accountants in Poland

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
  • MS Office skills
  • Good command of English (Polish will be a strong plus)
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Attention to detail
  • Good organizational and time management skills
