We are looking for an AI/LLM Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will develop secure and compliant AI solutions focusing on:

You will help shape T-Mobile Polska S.A.'s AI products to meet the security and regulatory needs of European enterprises, with a focus on practical, scalable solutions.

About the Role

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI systems, particularly focusing on LLMs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing AI solutions that integrate with existing systems and processes
  • Conducting research to explore new techniques and technologies in AI and machine learning
  • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and insights for model development
  • Monitoring and improving model performance to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Communicating technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Python and strong programming skills
  • Experience with LLMs and AI frameworks: Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow
  • Experience with RAG frameworks: Llama-Index, LangChain
  • Ability to integrate AI systems with APIs, low-latency backends, and production deployment
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)

Preferred Skills

Prior experience with distributed HPC clusters: Ray, Kubernetes, Docker would be beneficial, as well as experience in fine-tuning LLMs and embeddings for specific tasks.
