About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Sustainability Coordinator - Environmental Affairs to join our team at Colas USA. The successful candidate will provide support for all environmental matters related to Sully-Miller Contracting Company, United Rock Products, and Blue Diamond Materials.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison with third-party contractors and consultants for projects involving regulated substances.
  • Collaborate with governmental agencies and city departments for environmental matters related to URP and BD sites.
  • Manage the submission of invoices and check requests to the AP department.
  • Collect and upload compliance data to various systems, including RECLAIM, SMARA, DOORS, TRUCRS, PERP, CERS, SMARTS, and GEOTRACKER.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in local, state, and federal environmental regulations and compliance.
  • Previous experience with CA environmental regulations (desired).
  • Valid Driver's License with an excellent DMV record.
