This role involves securing access to critical systems, ensuring compliance with security standards, and supporting business operations through effective identity lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Management and Execution
  • Lead and oversee the comprehensive implementation of IAM projects, ensuring timely completion, scope compliance, and budget efficiency.
  • Develop and manage project documentation according to established timelines, including project plans, resource allocation, budget management, meeting reporting, risk and issue logs, change controls, cross-functional dependencies, and communication requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance) to ensure alignment of business objectives with security requirements.

Identity and Access Management

  • Oversee the design and implementation of IAM solutions that ensure secure and efficient access to systems, applications, and data across the organization.
  • Ensure adequate oversight of access control, including user role assignment, permissions, and lifecycle management for both employees and external contractors.

Security and Compliance

  • Ensure IAM processes and policies align with internal security principles and industry regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and other relevant standards.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

  • Serve as the main point of contact for IAM project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, managing expectations, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure IAM aligns with the organization's overall cybersecurity strategy and architecture.

Vendor and Technology Management

  • Maintain relationships with IAM solution vendors and external providers, ensuring all technologies meet the organization's security and compliance requirements.
