We are seeking a highly skilled Game Artist to join our experienced team at Evolution, one of the top gambling companies in the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality game assets and environments that meet the highest standards.

Job Description

As a Game Artist at Evolution, you will work closely with internal teams to generate ideas for proposals and improvements. You will be responsible for executing all visual design stages from concept to final asset hand-off to development or production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final asset hand-off to development or production;
  • Work with internal teams to generate ideas for proposals and improvements;
  • Collaboration with developers and design team;
  • Maintain projects and communicate clear delivery dates;
  • Participate in design reviews, team meetings, brainstorming sessions;
  • Game asset development and game environment building that include architectural and interior design;
  • Prepare source files for development and supervise implemented graphics;
  • Complete work prior to deadline;
  • High Poly/Low Poly modelling;
  • Texture Painting, UVW, Shading;
  • Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position and which meet the qualifications.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in game art and relevant experience working on similar projects. Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • A secondary (higher, special, etc.) education;
  • A professional or bachelor's degree in game art, digital media, or similar;
  • At least 1 year of professional experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max;
  • Excellent knowledge of Corona Render;
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite tools;
  • Knowledge of game art standards and trends;
  • Advanced English language, both verbal and written;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines;
  • Ability to provide actionable feedback;
  • Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and others;
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, passion, and attention to detail;
  • Understanding of online gaming.
