Artificial Intelligence Engineer - Large Language Models

We are seeking talented and innovative AI Engineers to join our Competency Center Data & Analytics. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning systems using Large Language Models.

About the Role

This is a unique chance to work on real-world challenges and lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions. You will engage directly with customers to gather requirements and understand their business needs. Our team is committed to staying at the forefront of AI research, exploring new approaches in LLMs, Graph ML, Agents, and RAG.

Your Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy production-ready applications of Large Language Models, particularly in LLM Agents and Graph-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
  • Architect and implement complex AI systems that leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver impactful results.
  • Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure the AI team uses the best technology available.
  • Lead customer meetings to present ideas, gather feedback, and iteratively refine AI solutions based on real-world use cases.
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience working on applied AI projects or exceptional knowledge (PhD is a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of Large Language Models, Knowledge Graphs, and Agent systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills in a customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on innovative solutions.
  • Proficient in the LLM AI Python ecosystem, including frameworks such as HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and others.
  • Previous hands-on experience with major cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
