We are seeking a seasoned VP, Head of Engineering & Site Leader to join our team in Poland. As a critical member of our leadership team, you will drive technical strategy, build a high-performing engineering team, and execute our product roadmap.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Scale our Poland R&D center by recruiting and developing top engineering talent.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain exceptional engineers.
- Collaborate with global teams to establish an elite center in Poland.
- Elevate our employer brand in the local community.
- Advocate for our anti-racist and inclusive culture.
- Communicate and influence across the organization.
- Prioritize and lead the product lifecycle/engineering schedule.
- Direct all engineering processes using Agile methodologies.
- Explore emerging technologies and build capabilities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive success.
Your Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience as a software engineering leader with US-based companies.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
- Agile Scrum and UX Centered Design expertise.
- Extensive engineering expertise in architecture, design, and development.
- Proven change and transformation leadership.
- Talent assessment and development experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading at a director or VP level.
- Able to lead significant budgets and vendor relationships.
