Opis Stanowiska

Poszukujemy doświadczonego Juniora UX/UI Designer'a, który dołączy do naszego zespołu w Early Stage. Zadaniem kandydata będzie współpraca z zespołem IT w celu rozwoju cyfrowych produktów.

Zakres działań:

  • Współtworzenie i rozwój cyfrowych produktów
  • Przeprowadzanie warsztatów z użytkownikami systemu
  • Makietowanie, prototypowanie i testowanie w celu poprawy doświadczenia użytkownika
  • Poprawa funkcjonalności i użyteczności produktów
  • Bliska współpraca z programistami we wdrażaniu zaprojektowanych produktów
  • Współtworzenie i utrzymywanie design systemów

Poszukiwane kompetencje:

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Figmy
  • Portfolio projektów
  • Min. roczne doświadczenie w obszarze projektowania rozwiązań cyfrowych
  • Umiejętność słuchania i wyciągania wniosków
  • Kreatywność, wyczucie koloru, kompozycji i typografii
  • Znajomość aktualnych trendów w projektowaniu UI
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia
  • Umiejętność współpracy zespołowej
  • Skrupulatność i dokładność w pracy na co dzień
  • Znajomość języka polskiego na poziomie native speakera oraz znajomość j. angielskiego na poziomie B2
