We're seeking a seasoned Payment Innovation Lead to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge payment methods, products, and tools that meet the ever-changing demands of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the payments industry, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful payment products and solutions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a payments or fintech company, with a focus on product development and innovation.
  • Advanced skills in product management, with expertise in business requirements gathering, technical documentation creation, and stakeholder management.
  • In-depth understanding of business models, cash flow, and market trends within the payments ecosystem.
  • Experience in building and integrating payment products with third-party services.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop business requirements for new payment products, including stakeholder requirements, business modeling, value proposition, user profile, and journey.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create mockups and final designs for new payment products.
  • Support the creation and acceptance of technical documentation for projects.
  • Manage integrations with third-party services and ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Provide senior-level guidance and support to Product team colleagues in their projects.
