We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Expert Graphics Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving the direction of VFX for our game, ensuring exceptional player experiences.

The successful candidate will have a strong influence on the technical roadmap, drive the design, implementation, and tools needed to realize this ambition. They will work closely with engineers and content creators to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

  1. Take ownership of our VFX system and its future direction, designing runtime systems, data pipelines, and custom authoring tools for our proprietary game engine.
  2. Collaborate closely with VFX artists and other programmers to design, prototype, and implement new features.
  3. Develop and communicate a technical vision and roadmap that aligns with project goals, inspiring and guiding peers and stakeholders.
  4. Work with the content team to meet project requirements while staying within performance and memory budgets.
  5. Translate creative ideas into software by working with stakeholders.
