Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Back Office specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in payments Back Office, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payments, direct debits, and other operations.
  • Collaborate with teams on Back Office projects to drive impactful projects and optimize business solutions.
  • Reconcile transactions, investigate discrepancies, and resolve claims.
  • Contribute to project planning and prioritization, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the process.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in payments Back Office, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Fluent in English and Polish, with additional languages a plus.
