Job Description

As a proactive Expert Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, aligning with group standards and statutory requirements.

You will be responsible for:

  • Active participation in Month-End Closing processes;
  • Preparation of statutory financial statements;
  • Conducting balance sheet reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy;
  • Leading the group and statutory audit process;
  • Supporting employment documentation and processes;
  • Ensuring compliance with current accounting and tax regulations;
  • Supervising tax settlements and representing the company before external authorities;
  • Optimizing accounting processes and implementing internal projects to enhance financial efficiency;
  • Collaborating with budget holders to review management accounts and set timetables.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in an international organization, preferably as an Independent Accountant;
  • Accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA) is highly desirable;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian, and Polish;
  • Advanced analytical skills, particularly in Excel;
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time efficiently;
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work independently;
  • Availability for B2B contract negotiations and occasional office visits in Warsaw.
