Sperasoft is a renowned game development studio seeking an exceptionally skilled Middle to Senior 3D Vegetation Artist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting diverse types of plants and organic elements, such as trees, bushes, and grass. If you have a passion for vegetation creation and a desire to collaborate with talented professionals on new IP projects, we invite you to join our creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop, maintain, and create real-time vegetation game assets utilizing the full 3D pipeline (modeling, sculpting, texture creation, retopology, UV) in Unreal Engine 5;
    - Create sets of plants tailored to various biomes;
    - Analyze, plan, and collect references for assets; work closely with concepts/references and adhere to established guidelines;
    - Ensure seamless integration of each asset, taking into account technical and gameplay constraints;
    - Collaborate with Lead Artists for guidance and approval as required to advance tasks;
    - Continuously refine artistic skills and learn new software packages or in-house tools;
    - Mentor Junior 3D Artists, share best practices, and contribute to our collaborative environment;

Requirements:
  • - Proven experience in vegetation modeling within the game industry;
    - Strong understanding of 3D modeling tools used in vegetation production (e.g., 3D Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Speed Tree, Houdini);
    - Comprehensive knowledge of texture creation tools (e.g., Photoshop, Substance Designer, Substance Painter);
    - Familiarity with Game Engines, such as Unreal Engine 5, Unity, or others;
    - High-poly sculpting expertise in ZBrush;
    - In-depth understanding of modern pipelines and requirements for game development;
    - Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills;
    - Creative, innovative mindset;
