Job Title: RTR Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled RTR Accountant to join our team. As an RTR Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Group Stakeholders, Local Finance, and Outsourcing Partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance financial efficiency.
• Coordinate month-end closing and cross-functional processes.
• Manage activities and escalate issues to the RTR Team Leader.
• Participate in transitions of RTR processes from entities.
• Collaborate with other accounting departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize accounting information.
• Oversee accounting operations based on accounting principles.
• Develop periodic reports for management.
• Assist with meeting statutory deadlines for publishing financial statements.
• Calculate taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Manage fixed assets.
• Complete and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide VAT reporting, including SAT-F, and reconciliation of VAT accounts & registers.
• Support obligatory reporting to local authorities.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure data with database backups.
• Stay up-to-date with financial policies, regulations, and legislation.
• Work daily with SAP.
• Consistently meet individual and team KPIs.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SAP and financial statement preparation.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience as an RTR Accountant.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• MS Excel and SAP required.
• Experience in preparing financial statements.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Well-organized and able to work to deadlines.
• Experience from a shared service center is an advantage.
• Process improvement experience would be an advantage.
