Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishing Creative Direction: Define the creative vision for our games, encompassing story, tone, and overall player experience.
  • Leading Game Development Teams: Build and lead high-performing teams, driving innovation and growth.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster cross-discipline collaboration and ensure effective communication across all gamedev fields.
  • Innovative Thinking: Leverage your expertise to drive innovative ideas and solutions, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
  • Prototyping and Testing: Guide early prototyping and testing, using data-driven insights to inform game development decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate progress and resolution of issues to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trust.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in the video game industry, with shipped AAA titles as Creative Director.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience building and leading game development teams, driving growth and success.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills, along with effective cross-team communication skills.
  • Cross-Functional Knowledge: Ability to comfortably communicate with all gamedev fields (programming, animation, art, design, marketing).
  • Tech Savviness: Good knowledge of game engines (e.g. Unity or Unreal) and their limitations.
  • Linguistic Skills: Very good command of English.
