Job Description:

As a brand ambassador for Hourglass Cosmetics, you will be responsible for representing the brand in-store while adhering to our guidelines and upholding the brand's image and DNA. Your key objectives include building a client-based business, fostering relationships with store staff and management, meeting and exceeding daily sales goals, and providing exceptional internal and external customer experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior make-up artistry or skincare experience
• Luxury retailer experience preferred
• Exceptional make-up artistry skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals
• Sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends
