Job Summary:

As an Associate Hosting Services Analyst at Epiq, you will be part of a dynamic team in Wroclaw, Europe, responsible for providing technical support for the full lifecycle of electronic discovery reference models. Your key responsibilities will include ingesting data, performing quality control, and managing document production and review projects. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize proprietary and third-party eDiscovery software applications for electronic discovery and data recovery processes.
  • Load, process, and search client data in various file formats.
  • Conduct relevant searches of electronic data using proprietary tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data issues and research software techniques to solve problems.
  • Provide end-user and technical documentation and training for applications supported.
  • Communicate and collaborate with other company departments.
  • Generate reports from various database platforms for senior management.
  • Generate written status reports to clients, managers, and project managers.

Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of Windows and all MS Office applications is required.
  • Experience with database applications and knowledge of litigation support software is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • A self-starter with the ability to visualize data and software behavior and coordinate the two.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree or final year student, preferably in a computer or technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
